Blue square with text: Our Neighbors Need Our Help. You can keep a family housed.

We provide support and funding to people being evicted, to keep them in their homes.

Help us prevent the traumatic, life-altering experience of eviction and homelessness from happening to our neighbors.

Idaho Gives is here!

Help us support our most vulnerable neighbors by giving at the link below.

We believe in prevention.

It costs $2,000 on average for Jesse Tree to keep a family housed, compared to $12,000 for a family to find new housing after being evicted.

We provide information and support to 300-400 tenant households per month at our Tenant Resource Center, and case management with rental assistance to 100 households per month.

Over 90% of people being evicted can’t pay their rent due to a temporary unanticipated expense or shortfall such as a health care bill, unexpected job loss, or car breakdown.
